March showed up sunny. Snowdrops are out, people are resurfacing, and things are starting to feel a bit lighter. Here’s what we’ve been looking at lately.

1. YES! I drink POND WATER water bottle
   All the cool kids do- what about it? 
   We’re not entirely convinced about the benefits of pond water, but the commitment to the bit is strong. Chicago-based studio Goodbye Press continues to get it exactly right when it comes to merch that tries really hard, but never gets cringe.
    
2. Tarta Gelatina towels
   Dipping season is approaching in Copenhagen, slowly but surely. These colourful towels from Barcelona-based Tarta Gelatina make the idea of cold water slightly more appealing. Slightly.
    
3. Dega
   New watering hole in Copenhagen. Brunch during the day, bar at night. Does both well, which is rarer than it should be.
    
4. Sassafras de Bruyn illustrated books
   Recommended by our Belgian intern. Children’s books that make you want to start drawing again, until you realise how far off you are. Good thing illustrators like this exist.
    
5. MR CHOW
   A strong recommendation from our Paris-local designer Lya. Supposedly the best Chinese restaurant in the city. We haven’t verified this yet, but we trust the source. 
    
6. Baby Donkeys
   Underrated. That’s basically it. We are formally backing baby donkeys as the most underrated baby animals out there.
    
7. Åvontura design city guides
   A way to experience cities through the eyes of designers and architects. It's a map, but also a design collectible. Useful, but also something you’d keep even after the trip.
    
8. Metalabel
   It's a platform as well as an experiment in how creative work can exist outside traditional systems. Reframing publishing as something collective rather than individual, where releases feel closer to cultural drops than products. One of the most exciting spaces on the internet for creatives right now.
   
    

So the summary for March is:
Absurd ideas taken seriously. 
Useful things with personality. 
New ways of sharing work.
Baby donkeys, obviously.
